The Arkansas Senate Judiciary Committee plans to hold a hearing on SB 352 – a bill that creates a license to discriminate for child welfare agencies.

This bill allows child welfare agencies that receive your taxpayer dollars to turn their backs on the 4,775 children in the Arkansas child welfare system by discriminating against qualified prospective LGBTQ foster and adoptive parents. At a time when the child welfare system needs more homes for children, this bill will reduce the number of families available to provide loving temporary and permanent homes.
